Technical rate-limiting data is held in memory for a maximum of 10 minutes and is not persisted to a database.

We use a third-party transactional email provider to deliver contact form submissions to our logistics desk. This provider acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement and does not use your data for its own purposes. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are safeguarded using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
